Marissa Noronhna is the CEO of Splendid Insights. Splendid Insights has created and continues to create some of Goa’s finest birthday celebrations, and weddings.
Marissa is visionary and her passion to create memorable events led to the launched Splendid Insights in 2010 and since then she has grown the company to be one of Goa’s leading event management company.
Her venture into the event management industry started of as a hobby which she soon came to realize that it was her specialty.

Meet Maria, the busy bee of the office! She is our expert visualizer who helps the team tap into their creative side. With a background of BSc in Animation and Visual Effects, Maria uses her skills in 3D modelling to create unique graphics and design concepts for all our events.
Keagan Alvares
Anjali John
Keagan Alvares is the Event Co-ordinator at Exotic Goa. Keagan holds a diploma in Event Management. His passion for planning and risk management is what led Keagan to join Splendid Insights. He believes that “The most successful event is the one that achieves its goal and exceeds expectations,” his thoughtfull, responsible and perfectionist attitude is what makes a valuable asset.
Anjali John is the Key Account Executive at Exotic Goa. With a diploma in Event Management, Anjali started his journey in this industry with an internship in Corporate Events at the Corinthians, Pune. She believes that being in the event industry is all about putting in the right amount of hard work and dedicating yourself to timeliness and is known in the company for his attention to detail.
Ivanna Gomes our Production Manager holds a Degree in Architecture. Her passion for stage setup and designing has helped her plan beautiful fairy-tale weddings since 2016. Since her venture into event management, Ivanna has come to love organizing conferences and events with a range of creative conceptualization.
